The Code of Practice for Victims of Crime. A Guide for Victims (Criminal Justice System, 2006)
A leaflet explaining the standards of service that victims of crime can expect to receive from the criminal justice system. The Code of Practice came into effect in April 2006.

 

Victims of Crime - Support and Advice in London (Criminal Justice System, 2006)
A leaflet explaining local support and advice services to victims of crime. All victims who report a crime to the police should receive a copy of this leaflet.

 

The Victims’ Code - How to complain (Parliamentary and Health Ombudsman, 2006)
The Ombudsman have now finalised a leaflet giving details to victims of how to complain. This is the leaflet referred to on page nine of the Code of Practice Guide for Victims leaflet
